I'm a Sacramento native and the founder of Legally Macias. By day, I'm a full-time civil litigation paralegal at a local Sacramento firm, and in the spring of 2027 I'll be starting law school — a goal I've been working toward for years.
Family is everything to me. That's the lens I bring to this work: I'm empathetic, I genuinely love taking care of people, and I built this practice to provide a service my community truly needs. Attorneys are often busy and expensive, and not every situation requires one. I'm here to fill that gap with honest, fair pricing and real attention to your case.
As a Legal Document Assistant, I prepare court-ready documents for clients who are representing themselves. I can't give legal advice, but I can do the careful, detail-oriented work of getting your filings right — at a fraction of attorney fees and with a whole lot more patience.
My focus areas grew out of real need: child custody for parents fighting for their kids, expungements and fire camp dismissals for people rebuilding their lives, estate planning for families who want peace of mind, and medical records and billing requests for personal injury cases. I also offer mobile notary and process serving so you have one trusted point of contact.
When we work together, you get clear pricing, honest timelines, and someone who actually answers the phone. That's the promise.
